Miss C Street

Deputy Headteacher

Rise Park Junior School

KS2

Appointed:

07/07/2016

As a former pupil of Rise Park Infant and Junior School, my aspiration has always been to give back to the community that made such a positive difference to my education, which fundamentally inspired me to become a teacher. After completing a three year BA Honours Degree, I went on to teach, firstly at a school in Loughton, and then at a school in Basildon, before joining the team here at Rise Park. Throughout my career, I have always been interested in assessment and data, which I currently lead within the school, as well as Literacy. I have also further widened my skills and professional development by recently completing a First Class Masters Degree in Education.
It has been a privilege to be a part of the Rise Park community again, and I am so proud of the journey the school has made since the time I started. The children are a true asset to the school and are a pleasure to work with, and my role as Deputy Headteacher enables me to have a positive impact on the education of every pupil within the school. I am excited about what the future holds, and know that, with our dedicated and hardworking team of staff, there is definitely a bright horizon ahead.
