Reporting an Absence

Attendance

Good attendance at school is vital to your child's learning. However, in the event that your child is unwell and cannot attend school, please ring the School Office on 01708 749135 before 9.30am and follow up with a letter when your child is able to return to school.

Holidays in Term Time

Parents are advised that holidays should not be taken in term-time, and that requests for leave during term will not be authorised, except in exceptional circumstances.

If you need to take your child out of school for a planned absence during term-time, please complete the Leave of Absence Request form at least 14 days in advance and return it to the School Office.
